New Cancellation Policy:

Water House Wellness now has a 48 hour cancellation policy for each appointment confirmed through the online appointment system. Please allow 48 hours or more when canceling treatments. If you cancel your treatment with less than 48 hours notice, please respectfully remit payment equal to the cost of the treatment to your practitioner.

During a snow emergency water house wellness may be closed, practitioners and clients may cancel at any time due to snow or weather conditions that make travel unsafe.
