Dr. Katherine Sage Kelly is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College. Her philosophy for healing involves assessing
the body as a whole for diagnosis and treatment. She seeks to resolve problems at the source rather than just treat symptoms.
Dr. Kelly offers state-of-the-art, gentle chiropractic care to people of all ages to eliminate
neck, back, joint pain, and compromised range of motion. Her goal is to promote balance and allow the body to function at
optimum levels. She employs chiropractic skills to enhance the body's own recuperative abilities and has a genuine concern
for the overall well-being of her patients.
While working in a treatment center on Long Island, she treated patients
with conditions ranging from nerve entrapment, disc herniations, disc degeneration, sciatic problems to upper and lower extremity
repetitive stress injuries. She gained experience treating pregnant women as well as patients with cerebral palsy and multiple
sclerosis. Additionally, Dr. Kelly has a strong belief in the benefits of chiropractic for sport specific performance enhancement.
She, herself, has been a competitive triathlete/duathlete for eight years racing in events all over the United States. In
October 2007 she completed an ultra-distance duathlon called the American Zofingen.
In 2007 and 2008, Dr.
Kelly was a member of the Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) team at Ironman Lake Placid. (www.activerelease.com\about.asp)
Most recently, she has obtained certification in Kinesiotaping.

Prior to chiropractic school, Dr. Kelly developed new products for a leading line of women’s comfort footwear,
which allowed her to study the anatomy of the foot in all phases of gait. She has served as Clark University’s
strength and conditioning coach for seven years in the women’s field hockey and softball programs. Dr. Kelly was a guest
speaker at Clark in the areas of pre- and post-performance nutrition, stretching, and injury prevention.
In addition to working at water house wellness, Dr. Kelly makes home visits by appointment only. You can make an appointment
with Dr. Kelly by calling 781.257.4111, or by email: kkellydc@gmail.com.
